True to size according to your demands

Ultra-modern production and years of experience guarantee that we deliver high-grade slit strip for standardized efficient processing, slit with low burr, small edge deviation, recoiled tightly edge on edge, in thicknesses starting from 0,10 mm and widths from 4 mm, with various coil inner diameters, coil weights and special tolerances, in many qualities and finishes. We also cut most extreme dimensions, i.e. 5,0 x 20 mm, deliver apart from commercial standard finishes also coils in grinded, brushed and/or foil coated execution for decoration purposes and warrant most different conditions such as best side of the coil inside, little cross camber or slit burr opposite the foil.

Clean cut, true to size Edges slit with low burr are sometimes not enough. Therefore, we have specialized on burr-free, pressed, roll-rounded, on-edge rolled and tool-rounded edges with various radii depending on type of edge and end use.

We do not run a typical cold rolling mill in its original sense but we are proud of the precision of our cold reduced products. We are rolling with extremely tight gauge tolerances of +/- 0,02 mm for finished thicknesses up to 3,00 mm with end widths up to 130 mm depending on the strip input gauge. The carefully selected prematerial as well as high-precision rolling guarantee tight strength range and high accuracy to size on the whole length and width of the strip. Depending on the steel type and finished thickness we deliver stain-hardened stainless steel strip up to a tensile strength of 2000 N/mm², specialities for particular applications.
